WARRANTY CONDITIONS<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.1. Compliance with Requirements<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The seller declares that the product complies with the technical requirements in force at the time of manufacture. If the Buyer fails to cooperate in identifying the defect and providing the necessary additional information (e.g. photos, videos).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.4. if the substrate or supporting structure of the product has been altered, deformed or damaged. (repair of the resulting silicone is additional work).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.5. If the product has been manufactured according to inaccurate dimensions provided by the Buyer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.6. If the damage is caused by force majeure (e.g. natural disasters).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.7. Damage caused by non-compliance with the instructions for use and maintenance, extreme temperatures or mechanical damage.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.8. if the damage is caused by the Buyer's added parts or design modifications.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.9. If the product's warranty has expired.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.10. If the product has not been paid for in full.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.11. If no complaint about the defects has been made in a reproducible form.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.12. Texture, pattern or colour differences that do not affect the functionality of the product.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.13. For stains (e.g. fingerprints) that can be removed by cleaning products.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.14. Discolouration of quartz under outdoor exposure to ultraviolet light.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.15. If silicone installed at temperatures below +15\u00b0C shows defects.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>4. CORRECTION OF THE ERROR OR DEFECT<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.2. Replacement of the defective part without reduction of the purchase price.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.2.
