1. WARRANTY CONDITIONS

1.1. Validity of the guarantee: The products and services provided by the Seller are covered by a two-year guarantee. This covers surfaces used in dwellings, including detached houses and structures (single or multi-family houses).

1.2. Start of the guarantee: 

1.2.1 The warranty starts from the date of delivery of the product.

1.2.2. 2. WARRANTY CONDITIONS

2.1. Compliance with Requirements

The seller declares that the product complies with the technical requirements in force at the time of manufacture. In the event of non-conformity, the Seller shall remedy the defects at his own expense.

2.2 The guarantee is valid if a copy of the purchase document is provided.

2.3 Third party products: raw materials, sinks and accessories manufactured by third parties are covered by the warranty specified by their manufacturers.

3. LIMITATIONS OF THE GUARANTEE

Cases not covered by the guarantee:

3.1 If the installation was carried out by someone other than the Seller.

3.2. if the Buyer has not notified the Seller of the defects within a reasonable time in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

3.3. If the Buyer fails to cooperate in identifying the defect and providing the necessary additional information (e.g. photos, videos).

3.4. if the substrate or supporting structure of the product has been altered, deformed or damaged. (repair of the resulting silicone is additional work).

3.5. If the product has been manufactured according to inaccurate dimensions provided by the Buyer.

3.6. If the damage is caused by force majeure (e.g. natural disasters).

3.7. Damage caused by non-compliance with the instructions for use and maintenance, extreme temperatures or mechanical damage.

3.8. if the damage is caused by the Buyer's added parts or design modifications.

3.9. If the product's warranty has expired.

3.10. If the product has not been paid for in full.

3.11. If no complaint about the defects has been made in a reproducible form.

3.12. Texture, pattern or colour differences that do not affect the functionality of the product.

3.13. For stains (e.g. fingerprints) that can be removed by cleaning products.

3.14. Discolouration of quartz under outdoor exposure to ultraviolet light.

3.15. If silicone installed at temperatures below +15°C shows defects.

4. CORRECTION OF THE ERROR OR DEFECT

4.2. Replacement of the defective part without reduction of the purchase price.

4.3. Partial reduction of the purchase price if repair or replacement is not practicable.

4.4. Partial reduction of the installation price if repeated repairs have not produced the desired result.

5. COMPLAINT

 When making a warranty claim, the Buyer must provide:

5.1 Purchase invoice and photos (full surface, defective surface, close-up with dimensions; videos).

5.2. The defect in the explanatory text.

5.3 Responding to the complaint: the seller will respond to the complaint within a reasonable period of time or, in the case of a more complex expertise, after the results are known.

6. REPAIRED OR REPLACED PRODUCT WARRANTY

6.1 Continuation of the warranty: the warranty of the replaced or repaired product is valid according to points 1 and 2.

6.2 The remedying of defects fixed during the warranty period shall be carried out by the Seller.

7. SPECIAL PROVISIONS

7.2 Change of ownership: the warranty will continue to apply even if the product changes ownership, but the relevant information (e.g. installation address, name of buyer) must be provided to confirm the purchase.
